Representative Mark Owens recalled working with Roberts on natural‑resource issues and praised her leadership in organizing community responses to the Blue Mountain Forest Plan.
Chair Jared Jama asked for a motion; Vice Chair Bonham moved the resolution to the floor with a recommend‑adopt report. A roll call showed unanimous support among members present; Chair Jama said Senator Nash would carry the measure to the floor.
