The Olive Branch Board of Aldermen approved a deductive change order on June 2025 reducing the OnScore LLC contract for the Annexation Water Sewer East Area Project 1 by $102,510, lowering the contract value from $7,670,390 to $7,567,880.
City staff said the change reflects a number of adjustments during construction, including moving a sewer line on Old Goodman Road from one side of the road to the other; staff described the net effect as a deductive change. “It will be a deductive change order for a hundred and 2,000, dollars 510,” a staff member identified in the meeting materials as Mr. Swims said in explanation.
Alderman Dickerson moved approval; Alderman Aldridge seconded. The board voted by voice and the motion carried. The change order was presented as an administrative contract adjustment; no additional financing or schedule changes were stated in the public record.
