Aldermen approve rezoning for West South Street properties

Community Development Director Bridal Whitman identified the applicant’s representative from the church and a representative from 7 Brewers who were present to answer questions; Whitman said there was no new information since the public hearing and recommended adoption. Alderman Metcalfe moved to adopt the bill as ordinance 25‑046, Alderman Snyder seconded, and the Board approved the ordinance by roll call with five aye votes and one absence.
Staff will implement the zoning map change per the ordinance and update zoning records and maps.
