LACONIA, N.H. — The Laconia Planning Board voted Tuesday to approve an amended clubhouse design for the Langley Cove development, with staff requiring plan revisions, erosion controls, permit compliance and impact‑fee payments before a certificate of occupancy.
John Rokey of Rokey Consulting, representing Langley Cove and Brady Sullivan, said the developer upgraded the previously approved small clubhouse to a larger model used in another development and planned to pour foundations within weeks if approvals were obtained.
