The Fairview Board of Commissioners on June 5 approved a major modification to phase 2 of the Bowie Meadows planned overlay district that removes a previously planned access point on Wayne's Lane and adds several detention ponds to the subdivision’s drainage plan.
The modification, submitted by Lennar Holmes of Tennessee LLC and presented by Eric McNeely of McNeely Engineering, passed on second and final reading, 5-0.
