Developer updates council on River Creek Lost development progress and timelines

Representatives for the River Creek Lost development updated the South Lebanon City Council on construction progress on June 5.
Tim Grevy of Thomas Graham Associates, representing the developer, and a project representative identified as Sam provided details: road widening work is largely complete, underground utilities (water, sewer, storm and electric) and transformers are in place, and Building 2 has windows installed up to the fourth floor while Building 1 already has brick on all sides. The clubhouse exterior brick work is complete, and drywall and interior finishes are advancing.
Grevy said paving of the parking lot, roundabout and main driveway was expected “hopefully next week” and that the developer was aiming to have the clubhouse open late this summer, with Building 1 targeting completion by the end of the year. Sam added that the team expects to finish by November or December and reiterated the clubhouse plan for September; both speakers cautioned timelines had been affected by recent weather.
The developer said a gas‑line relocation issue had been fixed and that Duke Energy would install transformers and handle final electrical transfer work. Crews also extended water and sewer across the road to serve adjacent property. The project team said local contractors were doing much of the site work.
A council member asked about a historic house on the site; the developer said they plan to keep the house through the next phase and use it as a construction and meeting office for the time being.
Council members thanked the team for the update; there was no formal council action tied to the briefing.
