A representative for the Castle Rock Phase 3 residential subdivision told the Saint John Plan Commission on June 4 that advertising for the application has been completed and that the team submitted minor revisions requested by staff and the town engineer.
Doug Reddy, representing the owner and developer, said street names, addresses and other cleanup items were added to the plat and that the team is awaiting engineering review comments from Robinson. The applicant noted the inclusion of a larger regional lift station on the project drawings to replace a temporary lift station on Declan Court; that detail will appear in the next revision.
Commissioners were informed that the item will return to the commission in two weeks. No final action was taken at the study session; staff will circulate engineering comments to the applicant when they are received.
The study session did not include a formal vote or final plat action: the item remains in the technical review and advertising stage and will be scheduled for the regular hearing cycle once engineering review is complete.
