Councilor Jackson introduced both resolutions and read the agreement terms, including ALDOT project numbers STPMN-0125 (CPMS references 100080312 and 100080315) for Sheila Boulevard and SCPMN-0125 (CPMS references 100080310 and 100080313) for West Fourth Street.
Both resolutions state the projects are budgeted in the city's capital projects fund and appropriate the listed net cost to the city for fiscal year 2025. Each resolution was adopted after no discussion from councilors. City staff will execute the agreements and keep a copy on file with the city clerk.
