Special magistrate to enter order noting violation and subsequent compliance at 121 Strandview Avenue

Monica Schmucker, the special magistrate for the Town of Fort Myers Beach, agreed to enter an order recording a prior code violation at 121 Strandview Avenue and the property owner’s subsequent compliance.
