Before adjourning the chair entertained a motion to postpone items 3.3 through 4.1 (which includes zone case 3525) to the July Planning and Zoning Commission meeting; the motion was seconded and the chair said, “Motion is carried.” The hearing will resume at the July meeting where the commission can take final action after completing public testimony and deliberations.
