“Good evening. This is our annual report that we submit to ARC and the DCA for our annual, short term program, program and CIE. This is required since we do collect impact fees. And, this has to be, approved and adopted by June 30 of every year. This report covers a 5 year period from 2025 to 2029,” staff member Daryl told council.
Council did not raise substantive questions during the presentation, and staff confirmed the regional review had been completed and that the item would return for final adoption at the next meeting cycle.
