Councilman Bibb moved to approve a second rezoning petition for a 0.33-acre parcel at 305 North 4 (reference in the record) to R4 multifamily zoning; that motion also carried unanimously. Council discussion included a remark that the area is “nothing but wooded lots,” which council members noted could mean future development and a need to prepare to address adjacent lot conditions.
Both items were approved as requested; staff will process the zoning map amendments and any required permitting for future development.
