Resident urges Bozeman to consider strong‑mayor government, full‑time paid commissioners

Commissioners thanked him for his remarks but did not take action on those suggestions during the meeting. The commission’s engagement and study plans, adopted the same night, lay out procedures for public outreach and research; those processes could surface resident views like Meyer’s for later deliberation and any recommendations that would require charter changes.
