At its June 5, 2025 meeting the Village of Jackson Board of Review confirmed that at least one board member completed mandatory board-of-review training for 2025 and that the village maintains an ordinance addressing confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the assessor under state law.
Clerk Shue stated that a board member completed training through the Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Association on May 1, 2025, and that the training was reported to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue on May 28, 2025. The clerk also confirmed the Village of Jackson Code of Ordinances contains Section 40-20, which the clerk said fulfills the confidentiality requirement under Wisconsin Statute 70.43.
The board recorded the confirmations without further action.
