The Village of Jackson Board of Review unanimously appointed President Brian Heckendorf as chair and John Shanick as vice chair during its meeting on June 5, 2025.
The appointments came on voice votes after motions: a motion to appoint Brian Heckendorf as chair was made and seconded and carried after members answered “Aye.” A subsequent motion to appoint John Shanick as vice chair also passed on a similar unanimous voice vote.
The board also approved the minutes from the July 8, 2024, board of review meeting by voice vote.
Clerk Shue called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m., confirmed that posting requirements were met and that all members were present, and noted the meeting was being streamed on YouTube. The board recessed at the end of the session until 5:00 p.m. by unanimous motion.
