The committee also amended a prior motion to increase gift-card honoraria for event performers to $55.95 to cover processing fees; that amendment passed by voice vote. Separately the committee approved a banner invoice for $9,438 for banners hung in town and recorded that a previously noted donation will offset those costs.
Committee members directed staff to collect size information and vendor quotes and to return final invoices for administrative processing.
