The council’s intern, Megan McMillan, presented a Citizens Budget summarizing the tentative budget’s revenues, expenses and capital projects and said the citizen summary will be published on the council’s website after final adoption. “The most significant revenue sources are shown on the revenue page, with projected sales tax for the upcoming fiscal year around $27,000,000,” McMillan said…
