The board also approved permits or renewals for properties including 1,239 Fourth Street in West Babylon; 104 South 30th Street, 53 South 30th Street and 38 South 30th Street in Wyandanch; and 39 Birch Street after applicants confirmed they agreed to notarized conditions of approval and inspections were noted as passed.
