“Yeah. So what I'm doing is I'm just, updating our contracts that we have with AFCS, which is American Financial Credit Services. …they collect our judgment debts,” a staff member said, adding the county has had the contract before but “we just haven't utilized them in the last few years.”
A commissioner made a motion to approve the AFCS vendor service contract and the motion was seconded. The motion was approved by voice vote.
