Ben Mosley defends historic-zoning approach as commissioners ask about diversity, precedent

Ben Mosley, a candidate for reappointment to the Historic Zoning Commission, told the Rules, Confirmations & Public Elections Committee that his architecture background and long local experience qualify him for another term.
