Judson ISD board denies Blossom's appeal of grievance dismissal as untimely

The Judson ISD Board of Trustees voted to deny Miss Blossom's appeal of the dismissal of her grievance, finding the appeal and the underlying dismissal were untimely and affirming the administration's decision.

The action came after the board met in closed session under Texas Government Code Section 551.071 for attorney consultation related to the grievance process, and then reconvened in open session. Trustee Conoyer moved to deny the appeal and affirm the administration's dismissal; Trustee Poteet seconded the motion.
