Council adopts third reading to rezone 1009 East Gallego from mobile‑home to neighborhood commercial

Planning and Zoning recommended approval, and the council voted unanimously to adopt the ordinance on third reading.
The rezoning covers multiple lots described in the ordinance language and will change the official zoning map to reflect C‑1 for the parcels. The council and staff did not record additional conditions or amendments during the vote.
The ordinance takes effect following the city’s normal certification steps for adopted zoning changes.
