Select Board member Matt Getty presented an edited draft adapted from a city version; he said the town draft removed language that would have asked individual police officers to sign the document. After brief discussion the board voted to adopt the edited resolution; one member voted against it.
Town Administrator Bill Sweet said he would circulate the signed resolution on town letterhead indicating it was adopted by the select board at the June 3 meeting.
