On the food vendor request, the council approved Martinez Tacos and Catering to operate a mobile food truck at the clinic’s celebration from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The city manager noted the event is free to the public and that the vendor specializes in tacos, nachos and quesadillas.
A council member who moved approval of the fireworks permit read the motion into the record specifying the date (07/04/2025), location (near Diamond E) and the condition about the hike‑bike path. That motion and the food truck motion were seconded and passed with no recorded opposition.
