County acknowledges bids for Motocross Pavilion and delegates review to staff

Seth (county staff) read the bids: Western Timber Grama bid $103,177; B Hansen Construction bid $89,400; and Garrett Parks bid $71,313.37 — the apparent low bidder. A commissioner moved to acknowledge the bids and allow Courtney Cox and Commissioner Haddock, working with staff, to review the apparent low bid and accept it if it was in order. The motion passed by voice vote.
No formal contract award was made at the meeting. Staff were authorized to complete the bid review, confirm bidder compliance and, if acceptable, execute award documents as delegated by the commission.
Commissioners did not discuss project scope, funding sources, or project timeline during the bid opening beyond the bid amounts and delegation to staff.
