Gerald, a city staff member leading the project update, told the Enid City Commission that a stakeholder group toured facilities in Midwest City, Frisco, Grapevine and other Dallas–Fort Worth suburbs to study field layouts, concessions, maintenance and revenue models. “We toured their park there, then we drove on down to Dallas Fort Worth, toured a park down there later that day,” Gerald said, summarizing the trip.
