Board approves ESSA Title grant applications and allocations

Board members asked about private‑school equitable participation; staff said private schools in the city do participate in several titles and that Title I bypass arrangements account for zero current Title I private‑school allocations in the materials presented. The motion to approve the ESSA applications passed on a roll-call vote.
