The Board of Aldermen approved a request to revise an existing minor-lot subdivision on the west side of Tullahoma, just south of Goodman Road.
Planner Whitney Cook told the board the request would adjust an interior lot line, shifting acreage so Lot 1 decreases from 2.46 acres to 2.36 acres and Lot 2 increases from 2.37 acres to 2.47 acres. Both lots will remain above the minimum acreage required for an agricultural minor-lot subdivision and retain legal, recorded access. Cook said the change moves interior acreage between family-owned lots and that the subdivision remains compliant with bulk regulations.
The board accepted the planning staff recommendation and approved the item by roll call after a motion and second. No variances or exceptions were requested during the discussion.
