Alderman Payne moved to approve both the Impact Fire emergency-call inspection contract and the Impact Fire monitoring contract "contingent upon final approval of the changes." The motion passed by roll call after a second.
No dollar amounts or contract terms were read into the record during the meeting; staff said the monitoring contract was under review and edits had been proposed pursuant to "dispute law" (as transcribed). The board authorized staff to finalize the contracts subject to Impact Fire's acceptance of the revisions.
