A motion to approve the contracts passed on a roll-call vote after a motion by Alderman Payne and a second by Alderman Gallagher. The board did not read contract amounts aloud in the meeting. Officials said the contracts are standard and follow previously used terms for the amphitheater.
No legal issues or requested substantive contract changes were raised during the discussion. City staff and the attorney will finalize administrative execution per the facility-use lease.
