Manager plans to place grant-administration contract and multimodal grant applications on agenda; borough estimates $6,000 for administration

The borough manager told council that staff plan to place a proposed grant-administration services agreement on an upcoming agenda and to reapply for multimodal grants through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and PennDOT.

The manager said the borough will request a grant-administration services agreement with its grant-administration partners to handle application work. The manager said the administration fee for that service would be about $6,000. “I mean, that is $6,000. That's for the application process and all the administration that they do,” the borough manager said.
