The Board of Education of the New Berlin School District recessed to closed session and later approved an employment services and compensation report that had been discussed in closed session.
The board moved into closed session under the Wisconsin Statutes to consider three items: approval of closed minutes from May 12 and employment, performance and compensation matters pertaining to staff. The motion to enter closed session was made under the authority of the Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)(c), (e) and (f); the motion was moved by Miss Crosby and seconded by Mister Zelensky and passed on a roll call.
The board returned to open session at 7:04 p.m. and later voted to approve the employment services and compensation report "as presented." The motion to approve that report was made by Miss Crosby and seconded by Mister Zielinski; the motion passed.
