The motion to enter closed session was made under the authority of the Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)(c), (e) and (f); the motion was moved by Miss Crosby and seconded by Mister Zelensky and passed on a roll call.
The board returned to open session at 7:04 p.m. and later voted to approve the employment services and compensation report "as presented." The motion to approve that report was made by Miss Crosby and seconded by Mister Zielinski; the motion passed.
