Council members discussed the broader pattern of recent compliance checks in Roseville restaurants and bars and noted technology options, such as ID scanning, that could reduce human error. With no public opposition at the hearing, Council member Schroeder moved and Council member Groff seconded approval; the motion passed unanimously.
The license was issued with the city’s standard conditions and the expectation that AMC follow server-training requirements and local licensing rules.
