The Timber Ridge Estates proposal covers about 64 acres, with roughly 41 acres proposed to be disturbed to build 85 single-family lots on quarter-acre parcels, according to Sterling Fitzer of T Bird Design. The site sits within the Indian Creek watershed and includes areas in the Hadley Lake and Indian Creek flood plains.
