A committee member moved to approve the final plat (motioned by Larry with Bruce named by the chair as the second). By roll call vote the committee voted in favor and the plat was approved. Staff noted the plat cannot be recorded until the signed copy from the department of administration is received.
No conditions or public objections were recorded during the committee vote.
