Direction to staff: The board asked legal staff and administration to draft board goals that mirror the TSBA instrument and to provide a proposed evaluation form for the board and for the director to review, per the contract requirement that the form be mutually agreed when possible. The board noted that if no mutual agreement is reached, the board’s adopted instrument controls under the contract.
