Hamilton County board questions credit-recovery use, asks administration for tracking data

The issue surfaced after a board member raised concerns about a student who began a credit-recovery course on May 2 and finished on May 5, and about "somewhere over 1,500 courses" that were made up at East Ridge High School in the previous school year. "My concern is that the district is not following policy in regards to what it takes to be able to enter into credit recovery," the board member said.
