Crossroads at Kelly Park Phase 2B plat clears DRC review; staff to send to Planning Commission

City staff told the Apopka DRC that all legal and survey comments were addressed on the Crossroads at Kelly Park Phase 2B plat. The item is scheduled to go to Planning Commission on June 10 and then to City Council.
The Apopka Development Review Committee reviewed the second submittal for the Crossroads at Kelly Park Phase 2B plat and was told the submittal had addressed legal and survey comments and had no outstanding TRC comments.
“Good morning. This is the second… submittal for the Crossroads At Kelly Park Phase 2 B Plat. I just received indications from our legal and legal counsel and city surveyor that all comments from them have been, addressed,” said Jean Sanchez, the project manager.
Sanchez told the committee the item will move forward to the Planning Commission on June 10 and then to City Council after that. No departments reported remaining substantive comments during the DRC review: community development, police and public services offered no further objections, and fire staff likewise had no comments.
There were no formal motions or votes recorded at the DRC meeting. Staff recorded the item as ready to advance through the public hearing schedule, subject to any conditions that may be imposed at Planning Commission or City Council.
