The Green River City Council on Thursday approved an amendment to the final plat of the Green River Commercial Center planned unit development that eliminates a 40-foot-wide common access road and accompanying utility easement.
The change was proposed by petitioner Russ Schmidt and presented to the council by Rob Fisher, Planning and Zoning Administrator. Fisher said the commercial center had been platted in 1982 to include a central access road and that the site “has not developed the way it was planned back in 1982.” He described the 40-foot easement as a center line with 20 feet on each side running through the lots in question.
