The Wilsonville Urban Renewal Agency (URA) met immediately after the city council and adopted its FY2025–26 budget (Resolution No. 353) for $9,429,791 by a unanimous 5–0 vote.
Finance staff explained the URA budget covers several capital priorities, including the TWIST bioscience rebate program, construction on Brown Road in the Westside plan area, and a Coffee Creek / Day Road sewer extension project. Finance Director Keith Katko told the agency the budget was reviewed by the Urban Renewal budget committee and that the adoption will allow staff to proceed with the listed projects and rebate program.
Agency members asked a clarification question about Brown Road (agency member Dunwell asked whether the project included utility undergrounding); staff confirmed the Brown Road item encompasses the roadway and associated improvements. The URA adopted the budget without amendments and adjourned shortly after the vote.
