The Sherburne County Board of Commissioners voted to approve an interim use permit for Blue Hill Rental LLC, allowing a home business and accessory building on a 3.58‑acre parcel in Blue Hill Township.
Lynn, presenting the item for planning staff, said the property is in the Brookside Meadows West Second edition plat in the general rural district and within the tributary stream district of Battlebrook. She told commissioners the Planning Commission recommended approval with nine conditions and findings of fact.
Commissioner Danialowski moved to approve the permit “with the following 9 conditions and findings of fact as recommended by the Planning Advisory Commission,” and Commissioner Schumacher seconded. The motion passed on a roll‑call vote with all present commissioners voting aye.
The approval allows the property owners, identified in the agenda packet as Joshua and Kayla Cottoll of Blue Hill Rental LLC, to operate the home business under the conditions attached to the Planning Commission’s recommendation. The permit and the nine conditions were referenced in the background justification supplied with the staff report.
City and county staff did not describe any additional permits or further required approvals during the public portion of the item. The board recorded the vote and moved on to the next regular agenda item.
