Commissioners said the plans lacked the level of buildable detail required for a final certificate. "This is lacking any details of any kind ... and as drawn, it's not constructible in a number of places," Commissioner John Prokop said during the discussion.
The application seeks approval for a new two‑story single‑family residence and site improvements; staff said the site currently contains two structures, a noncontributing primary structure and a detached accessory structure that the record identifies as contributing and dating to about 1920. Ron Vila, planner with historic preservation staff, told the commission that the applicant had addressed five of six outstanding preliminary conditions but staff recommended returning for final clarity.
