The Warren County Board of Supervisors approved a series of vendor contracts and quotes for building maintenance, cell tower HVAC and generator preventive maintenance during Tuesday’s meeting.
County facilities staff presented multiple agreements. The board approved a scheduled maintenance agreement with Excel Mechanical for the Warren County Administration Building at 301 N. Buxton and a separate Excel Mechanical contract for quarterly HVAC inspections at the West Annex. Supervisors approved those renewals by roll call.
