The commission granted the continuance and recorded on the public record that the applicant would provide a written tolling agreement for 30 days and hold a community meeting before the next hearing. Commissioner Beloyne abstained from the vote because he owns property within 1,000 feet of the proposed site; the motion to continue passed 4‑0 with that abstention noted in the record.
Why it matters: Communications‑tower hearings can raise community concerns about location, height and RF exposure. The applicant committed to share the updated engineering and to meet again with neighbors before the case returns to the commission.
