CobbDOT analyst Amy Diaz told commissioners that the applicant submitted a traffic study the day before the hearing; DOT had conducted a high‑level review and did not expect substantive problems that would prevent the rezoning from proceeding to the Board of Commissioners, provided final DOT comments are addressed in time.
