Trustee White made the motion; Trustee Bass seconded. Board members amended the agenda language to clarify the dollar amount and that the funding source is the Tomball Regional Health Foundation; the amendment carried unanimously.
"Tomball Regional Health Foundation has been such a great partner for us," a trustee said during discussion, thanking the foundation for grant support across the district. The superintendent's office said it would work with the provider and the foundation to finalize implementation details.
After brief discussion, the amended motion to approve the contract carried unanimously by voice/hand vote.
