Applicant withdraws Community Foundation Pleasant Street sign application after committee resists gable‑end placement

The committee suggested that if the group wanted a sign that marks a separate entrance, a modest, clearly door‑adjacent sign substantially smaller (the guidelines call for such identifications to be at least 20% smaller) could be reconsidered with appropriate condominium association approval.
