The board approved an annual renewal with SentinelOne antivirus through Crow LLP in the amount of $30,000 pending final legal review. County counsel and staff requested the approval be conditioned on completion of legal review before execution.
The board also approved a change order with MoMA Construction for the Rancher Community Center increasing the contract by $66,584, and authorized the purchase of two 2025 Ford F-150 vehicles for Prairie Ford for Fire and Rescue at a total of $96,500, funded by FY2025 LOST funds and procured through a statewide contract.
Other approved items included an annual Tri Tech Services contract for parks and recreation in the amount of $3,627; an Atera computer-management software quote for $11,598.12 to monitor security updates and IT issues (budgeted in FY2026); and acceptance of an ACCG GRMA self-insurance workers’ compensation employee-safety grant application at no cost to the county.
Each contract or purchase was listed with its budget account in the board packet; several items were noted as having been discussed previously in the work session. The SentinelOne renewal was approved with the condition that final legal review be completed before contract execution.
