City staff introduced Ordinance 57 at the May 19 Little Falls City Council meeting to authorize sale of a 1.4-acre parcel the city owns in the Chief Hole in the Day Industrial Park to ABS Properties, LLC (ABS Supply).
Alex, a city staff member, told the council the parcel sits between ABS Supply's existing site and the city water tower and that ABS is planning additional warehouse and office space. Under city policy the price is $22,000 per acre; at that rate the parcel price is $30,800 and ABS has indicated it is willing to pay that amount and has plans drawn for an expansion.
Council members moved to introduce the ordinance. The ordinance was introduced for consideration; subsequent readings or final adoption were not recorded in the transcript.
