The clerk conducted a roll‑call voice vote in open session. The board recorded the following votes in the minutes: Paula Lewis (yes); Carol Thompson (yes); Jessica Cifuentes (yes); Dana Meister (yes); Mike Shelton (yes); Juan Macona (yes); Meg McElhaney (yes). The minutes state the motion carried 7‑0.
